Shipping

www.Earthing.es will not dispatch any product until payment has been confirmed, except in cases of cash on delivery, where the payment is made by the customer to the courier upon delivery. Delivery will be considered complete when the courier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to note any reservations and justified claims on the delivery receipt document. It is also recommended to report any claims as soon as possible via our email address: info@Earthings.es. You have 15 days from the receipt of the order to do so.

www.Earthing.es commits to sending via express courier, Correos (24/48 hours), unless previously agreed upon between the customer and www.Earthing.es. The delivery times indicated by www.Earthing.es are for guidance purposes, and our company strives to adhere to them. However, any delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation, as long as the delay does not exceed 15 days from the receipt of payment, and in any case, the customer will be notified by email, explaining any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from delivering the order within the usual time frame.

1. Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Andorra, and Portugal):
   1. Orders under 50€: Shipping charge of 5.95€.
   2. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla under 50€: Shipping charge of 7.95€.
   3. Orders over 50€: Free shipping.
2. Rest of Europe:
   1. Orders under 50€: Shipping charge of 15.95€.
   2. Orders over 50€:Free shipping.
   3. Orders over 200€: Free shipping.
