If you’re already familiar with the benefits of earthing, here’s how to use the Earthing.es sheet to get the most out of it.
You can place it either underneath the bottom sheet or on top.
First, place your earthing sheet on your bed. Connect the cable with the clip to your sheet and the other end to the earthing plug adapter.
It is important that the sheet is in contact with your skin so that it can transfer energy from the earth to your body.
