About Us

Earthing.es was born from the desire to optimize something we already cared for: our daily health and energy.

We always led a healthy life. But there were small signals from our bodies asking for something more, and conventional “healthy living” didn’t always give that answer.

We had forgotten something essential: we are bioelectric beings, connected to nature. We vibrate in tune with it.

We learned that the #1 food for our cells is right there in our daily life: SUN · NATURE · EARTHING.

That pushed us out of our comfort zone. We changed habits, routines, even the environment we lived in, to stay more connected to the earth.

Today we live earthing every day: outdoors, and at home with our devices.

The impact on our energy and wellbeing was the starting point of all this.

Since then, our mission has been to always go one step further: sharing this knowledge and helping more people reconnect.

That’s why Earthing.es was born.
